I am Jarka Košanová, a software engineer with more than fifteen years of experience. I have worked on banking systems, services used by millions of people, and complex enterprise features at GitLab. Today I independently design and build complete web and mobile products.
Neposedi helps kindergartens with planning, pedagogical observations, evaluation, registers, and working with the Czech curriculum framework.
I designed and built the product from scratch. I am responsible for the product design, data model, backend, web interface, iOS and Android mobile app, cloud infrastructure, and production operations.

I am completely rebuilding Rozběháme Česko's original digital product. The new product includes a backend, web application, and mobile apps for iOS and Android.
I am responsible for the technical architecture, development of the main features, administration, infrastructure, deployment, and releases to the App Store and Google Play.

Engineering Manager for one year
During nine years at GitLab, I progressed from backend engineer to Senior and then Staff Engineer. I also led a development team as an Engineering Manager for one year.
I led the technical design and development of complex enterprise features, including Custom Roles for authorization, Portfolio Management, and integrations with Salesforce and Jira.
I mentored developers, participated in technical interviews, and helped establish quality standards. I also took part in on-call rotations and production incident response in a fully remote global environment.
